age is irrelevant - it depends on the amount. start out with regular absorbency and see how that works. maybe super during the second day.

It does really depend on how heavy your flow is. There are different kinds of pads that are out there and it is easy to find the right one. You can try by buying a one of each type. You don't have to go out and buy the biggest or most expensive ones out there. You can buy a small pack of each (that way you don't break the bank), and try them out. You can start with the light ones first. If it seems like they are small, or you have to change them too often, then move on to the moderate/regular ones. And if it feels the same way, then move on to the next size--until you feel like you aren't changing them every 10 minutes.
If you are worried about them being bulky, then you might want to try, the ones that are thin (ex. Always ultra-thin), they work just as good as the regular ones. There are also some out there with wings for extra support. A good place for information is the Being Girl website: www.beinggirl.com Good Luck on your search for the right pad :)

I'm 13 and I like always ultra thin. But it depends on your flow. You might need a better pad if your flow is really heavy. My flow is heavy but always seems to work for me they are comfortable and help with leaks real well. But remember you want to change them every few hours like 3 or 4 if your flow is really heavy maybe 2 or 3. Well I hope I helped thanks.

It depends on how heavy your flow is. If it is really light you can stick with a panty liner. The other option is the ultra thin maxis, that will allow for a heavier flow, but not add the bulk of a true maxi. After that you need to guage it on your comfort level.

It depends on how heavy your flow is. You have to find a pad that's right for your flow, and it may vary on each period as well.

it depends on now heavy her flow is when she starts. If she has a heavy flow then it would be better to use a heavy pad, but if she has a lightflow then it will be better to use a light pad. I hope this was helpful:)

that depends on how heavy your flow is. if you have a heavier flow, gt a bigger pad, but beware....if you are a smalll framed woman...be careful not to use too big a pad that will bunch in your pants making you look like you have a cup on or something
