Don't know who "hilary cliton" is or what a "presadent" is, however if you mean "Senator Hillary Clinton", the answer is yes.
Senator Hillary Clinton is a candidate for United States Presidency. If elected she will be the first female United States President.

Presidents generallly "serve" in America because the supreme law of the land was "by the people" and the government is inhabited by "public servants" who take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution for the united States of America.
By asking if hilary will "rule" america, you're asking if she will be Queen, Caesar, Fuhrer or some other kind of despotic tyrant.
I pray she is not elected into office, but if she is, you can chalk up another country to communism. Ours!

Very scary thought huh? Bill will be back in the White House and be the First Gentlemen !!! First Man !!! LOL :O) Maybe they can hire Monica back to keep Bill company while his Wife is busy being President. I really don't think it matters who becomes the next President, Man has dominated man to his injury. Politics can't really help mankind with the problems we face. The answer is God's Kingdom, the only true hope for mankind :O)

She would be the first female ruler if she wins. But I don't see that happening. However, Hillary is the first serious Female Presidentail Candidate, and also Senator Brock Obhama may also be the first series black Presidential candidate. So I think we have progressed faster than expected.

Our president does not RULE ... our president governs. There is a difference. I think there is a good chance that Hillary will get the nomination, and since the present administration is so hated at home and abroad for its incompetence and unilateralism there is a good chance they have severely gamaged the Republican's chances all over. Thank George Bush for that seeing that one and doing nothing about it.
