I've started to do quite a lot more exercise recently like going to the gym and swimming regularly. I also get very tired much earlier every evening whether i've been to the gym or not.

I need some advice on how not to get tired like eating certain foods coz I dont want to have to go to bed at 9 every night and dont have the time to catch up on sleep. I dont even have to get up in the morning till 7.30

firstly, before starting any training program, or increase in activity, ask your doctor for a full check up, including blood tests.

Secondly, in your diet include lot's of fresh fruit, apples, banana's, oranges... and make sure you are cooking and eating fresh vegetables for one meal every day ..

Third, drink at least 2 to 3 litres of water every day.

Fourth, what you eat and when you eat it is important...your two biggest meals should be breakfast and lunch...

and by breakfast I don't mean a croissant, I mean a proper energy giving meal like porridge made with milk plus a boiled egg or scrambled eggs...

Your evening meal should be something light, low in fat, high in protein, followed by fruit...this will help you sleep

Hope this helps...

You want5 your question anwered, and people are replying, yet a good 90% of the answers DON'T come from a nutrsionist such as myself. Don't be eating chocolate bars, or energy drinks, as they can do more damage to your liver than anything else, and try to eat lots of raw foods. There's a substance in raw foods ONLY that are called food enzymes, a type of natural energy that can keep you going throughout the day, and it advised to eat them for breakfast too.
Don't eat them after 7pm, though, cos you'll never get to sleep!
Good luck with your new healthy lifestyle!

When you work out it creates oxidative stress. To support your body when you go through this, you need supplements that are standardised and stabilised that work, not just a good story.

This supports your bodies recovery and you experience an increase in energy. Go to http://www.glycostory.com/mannalive and click on the stories tab and self invite yourself to listen to an audio based on what you need to know.
