As England has no parliment of it's own, it has no Prime Minister. However, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is Tony Blair. Said country is comprised of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

Technically Blair is the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. I don't think there is such a post as Prime Minister of England.
