I want to knit a belt. But can't seem to find a pattern. Does anyone have one or know where I can look?

You could probably make your own pattern. If you want a very simple belt, just cast on maybe 10 stitches and knit a bit to see if it's the width you want. If not, start over with adjustments. If you want a fancy pattern, get a piece of graph paper and sketch out what you like using a square on the paper to represent each stitch. This way you can have a truly unique item that you can be really proud of!
