Well, i was sitting in my bedroom in complete darkness. A figure was sitting across from me and i was covering my ears screaming and crying. The figure was talking jibberish. Each time the nightmare was a little different, but nothing major. Is there anyone that can tell me why i kept having this dream and what it means?

Nightmares are freightening but it is your mind trying to release something negative. It maybe something that you're not dealing with in your life and you need to face. Figure out what's bothering you and deal with it. Once you deal with, those nigthmares will go away.

ok...80% that it potential no longer something cus ur no longer an actor in a movie. this is basically stress I guess or basically random ideas who's conscious. yet my favourite tricks for nightmare is you may want to be at a level of acceptance that you're on suitable of problems with the dream, so then imagine of something completely RANDOM AND humorous, like if it really is a ghost I once imagine that a wrestler tackled the ghost and beat him up...strange i understand yet once that takes position....a random humorous photo popped up, u are like remedy of nightmare for me. Or commence dreaming satisfied theory or something humorous

it is negatively effecting u so move on and try changing your satisfaction level-eat different-think different-sleep different-i have to have at least one TV on 24x7 just to discramble interferences of any kind, stress finds its way to the front of your agenda and has to be removed by positive actions, don't let it cause target fixations-it means you have to unstuck your self from this so it doesn't build a circuitry you don't want
