Ghana music is somewhat different from the rest of the world.
they are :
Hiplife-which is a mixture of rap and some african rythms

The best answer would be to ask a true Ghananian. I am pretty sure that there music is nothing like ours. If you are looking in the Chrisitian music in Ghana it would be pretty similar to ours. Note: My fiance who is currently a Youth Pastor in Ghana sings to me some of the worship music in his church. Some of the songs I am familiar with since in America we sing the same as they do.
