Wearing the leggings with a top like that would be great. Try wearing flats or keds sneakers instead of the boots and the outfit will look wonderful!

I think with something like this it depends on ur weight. At my school a skinny-normal girl wears something like that and it looks good on her. A obese girl tryed it and it was bad looking. So if you are a normal weight go ahead! U will get comments on how fashionable you are!

Try a flirty short dress . But make sure it is slightly close fitting
