What is the best home router that has wi-fi AND automatic dial-up backup if connection is lost?

I need a home router that will initiate a dial-up connection automatically (via an external modem) if the broadband connection is lost, and then terminate it once the broadband connection comes back. It also needs to have a wi-fi access point built in.

You are going to be hard pressed, if you can find one at all, to find a router that supports automatic dial up.
