I think without a doubt...public speaking.
There will be at least once in everyone's professional or private life where it will be unavoidable to speak to more than two or three people...that very moment just terrifies most people.
To be able to address a crowd, and to do it well, is a valuable skill and it can be learned. Not many people think of it until it's too late.
