It's not 10 billion per hour. I think the figure I heard was a quarter million a minute which would be 15 million an hour.

Yes, I've seen that somewhere. It's the clock in New York City's Times Square. I saw it on USA Today's website. Try searching war cost per hour clock, I think that goes right to it. There is also another page that explains how they get their numbers for the clock.
