In order.
Ellis starts responding to the treatment Derek has been giving her and starts showing signs of remission.
Richard resends his resignation and files for divorce from his wif Adelle.
Christina and Callie both ask for time to think things over. This gives them time to talk to Meredith and Addison.
Mark upon hearing that the Chief is not ready to retire is planning on leaving himself.
Miranda and Izzie are working together to try and put together the Denny Duquette Memorial Free Clinic, lame idea when you think of it. It should have been a cardiac wing.
The rest should all be surgery related as it is too early to up the story with Addison and Alex. They may have tension but no fire works this episode.
And if thing go well Callie may find out that she is pregnant. Maybe.

i think dr. bailey might become the chief. and i hope that both callie and christina accept the proposals. and on the last episode i thought that derek would propose also but i guess we'll have to wait and see. and the thing between alex and addison was kind of weird. i thought that alex did like her or maybe he was just trying to hide his feelings. i'm not sure. i can't wait for the next episode.

I hope both Cristina and Callie will answer yes...and I really really hope that Addison and Alex will get some real action...they are so hot together...About the chief thing i hope no one of the four attendings take webber's place. I hope Webber doesn't really retire...ohhh is it thursday already?

well telling from the commercials, christina is taking time to think about the proposal and i really dont know what callie is going to do. she looked absoluely scared when george asked her. it will be intense no doubt.
