You have not stated on how old she is but best thing to do is let her decide,if she can finish a whole jar with no problem maybe then try her a bit of something else like a baby desert. If she is only taking half a jar then moving her face away she as had enough,it is best just playing it like that and gradually she will start having abit more bit by bit.
Hope this can be of some help to you.

babies 3-5months i'd give her a jar a day, prob evening and some baby rice in the day(comes in a box, just add formulr milk)
if shes 5+ start her on 2-3 jars a day and you can experiment her on different meals that comes in boxes, you'll find these in supermarkets next to baby jars.
b 7months+ id strat to give her finger foods such as toast(cut into strips), pasta, chicken. basically anything you can eat. 8+ she can eat mostly anything.
remember you dont have to stick to certain meals a day, if she cries for more than 1 jar at 3+ then let her have it.
my girls 9months and she eats normal meals that her brother, 2yrs eats. 3 meals a day. and shes fine with that, although she does eat quavers, marshmellows too.

It really depends on how hungry she is. You start with the little jars of stage 1 and move up. When they really start to get "into" eating baby food you do a fruit and ceral for breakfast (mine liked them mixed together) a veggie & a fruit for lunch and dinner. You can mix ceral into whatever to strech out the baby food for the next meal or to make it thicker as they get older. We always did the formula (or milk as they got older) after they ate. You can always use custard style yougrt for breakfast too. My girls really loved that and still enjoy yougrt as a snack or breakfast. Always start with the veggies and don't worry about meat at all at this stage...mine never did like the babyfood meats. Have fun with it and keep your eyes open for different veggies....this is the only time you'll have to really get them to eat veggies without the ewww factor!! lol.

you dont mention age but i thought the jars had guidelines.
depends on age at my kids where getting breakfast lunch and dinner on solids.
try baby rice in morning and a lunch and dinner with water or diluted baby juice .
if baby still appears hungry give some milk in between.

How old is she? talk to Dr. Your child will let you know if you are feeding them to much. My daughter won't eat any more when she is full. I offer twice she still doesn't want it then we are done with that meal / snack.

Give the lass the food first and then top her up with the milk, she will tell you when she's had enough. They aren't as dumb as they seem.
