This is one of the main roles in my life where if I mess up..it will affect others. It challenges me to be the best person I can be...to set a good example and demonstrate what a good marriage is all about so when my kids are grown and ready for marriage they will know what a healthy relationship is and how to aviod the unhealthy ones.

it's not "important" to me ... I play the role as wife and caretaker to a disabled boy because it's something I enjoy doing. I don't expect my husband to "bring home the bacon" and he does not expect me to be in the kitchen serving him 24-7. Some women crave this, some don't.
It's an important role I think over all to be a wife and mother just as it is to be a husband and father, or single person taking care of themselves. Just depends on what gets you out of bed each morning

It's not important to me but respectively those are the roles that have been dealt out since practically the beginning of humans on the earth men couldn't take care of babies back then. And through time it's sort of stuck with us.

Because I do the best I can to show my husband and son just how much I love them. Motherhood and being a good wife are like a legacy in the making in a way. I think life is much more meaningful once you have a family to take care of.

It's a "nurturing thing". That is what we are programmed to do.
