About 8 years ago I had a few web sites up and running and one was soft core porn.....the site's now gone but what the heck do I do with 35,000 photos....does that qualify as a collection? But I'm collecting the Stargate SG-1 series on DVD at the mo....now that's a better "hobby" but dearer...

I collect gold snuff boxes and russian silver and bronze statues of the art deco period 1920's. why because I like them and they are rare and just go up in value over time. I am also thinking about gold bars to protect my money in case the dollar decides to go down in value.

I collect world banknotes (paper money and plastic banknotes). It's a very good and rewarding hobby, education and a great investment too.

I collect pictures, ink pens, and movies. I used to collect beanies and baseball cards. I still have some beanies and baseball cards but not very many.
