They told us not to make friends with guys in our unit because we can't count on any of us getting trough this **** or not . Well you can't help who you make friends with so Sully and I became friends . We both lived past Viet Nam and were lucky to make it back and kept in touch all these years . Last Thursday his wife called me to say Mike was gone something I could tell in his vouice the last few times we talked told me he was in pain . He was my friend and will always be my friend , I love you buddy !
