I hate my job. I am bored with the field I am in. I think I could excel in this new field. Is returning for a second bachelor's degree logical? Possible? Am I avoiding the realities of life by considering a drastic alternative to working for the next 4 years?

yeah, if you would enjoy being in school go for it

study something that will lead to better job

unless you are lucky enough to find what you really enjoy, then just stay a student as long as you can

few people even realize but if you take at least 2 classes a semester forever, you won't have to pay off the student loans

Another bachelor's degree would take 3-4 years even with transfer credit. It is better to get a master's degree. You can pick up a 1 or 2 years master in teaching and become a school teacher or consider a 2 year Master of Business Administration.

Another bachelor's degree is not worth it unless you are moving from a liberal arts field (you were a drama major) to a science field (engineering or a science). In that case, you don't have the prequisites to get into a master's program in science.

I would think about what I enjoy and then consider a graduate degree.

If you already have a Bachelor's and just want skills, why not take some courses at a community college? Your existing credits could count towards their degree, and you might be able to get a new job sooner and for less money than a Master's.
