Have you lost the plot, Sinn Fein is a murderous mafia that threatens society and all that is good. As soon as Blair is out of the way and the views of the Northern Irish people are again taken seriously and when the Northern Irish reject being hoodwinked by the scum that is Adams and the evil Mcguiness. Then the violence will return and the criminals will be back on the street. For a country that hates Britain so much its a wonder there are so many Irish over here. As for the persecution of the Irish, the IRA have killed so many Innocent people soldiers and civilians alike what do you expect the authorities to do leave the mafia to run loose without any resistance. I know Blair let the murderous thugs out but hopefully it won't be long before we've seen the last of New Labour and a return to sanity.

I suppose its a change from the gun running ,drug trafficking and the punishment beatings and blowing up British hotels. Sinn Fein is a front for the IRA and always has been i call them the Irish Mafia. The majority in Ulster want to remain a part of the United Kingdom until that changes so it should remain. It makes me sick the way the British Government has courted Gerry and his goons and to release murderers early was a disgrace that includes so called Loyalists.

A brave and historic move by Sinn fein. Lets hope the DUP can accept it and build on it in the spirit intended, and move forward to a peaceful Northern Ireland which every one of its residents deserve.

I'm not sure what your question is but I think it's excellent news that Jerry Adams now recognises the Ulster Police Force. I'm sure there are still many things to sort out but peace in Northern Ireland is a real achievement, far better than bombs.

Excuse me, asswipe -where's the persecution? Do you live here? Did you live here during the worst of the Troubles? Button it until you've got a bit of first-hand knowledge about what we had to endure at the hands of Republican (and Loyalist) terrorists for the best part of thirty years.
