I have t-mobile and mine is working fine. That has happened to me before and I just shut the phone off and cut it back on and then it worked fine.

All Mobile handsets and networks have this problem at times, sometimes you have to move around a bit to get a signal, especially if your in a large building with a lot of structures above and around.

I have a tmobile phone but never happens to me. Call the company and ask.
