Usually about a teaspoon full. The volume of ejaculation is often related to how often you ejaculate. Two things can happen: If you refrain from ejaculation, your semen will build up over a few days and then you can shoot a larger load. Or if you shoot often, the loads can be small initially, but over time your body will compensate by making more semen and ejaculating larger loads. Often in porn videos, the loads are not real, but are enhanced by various tricks.
