i cant concentrate on hw and i have a bad habit of smelling my fingers weird i know but help me!!!!

homework... don't try to do it all at once, propose a certain number of pages or whatever and once youre done do something else, you should put some music on, every one tells me it distracts me but when i do math i get restless and the music helps me stay put,
as for your fingers... WTF????!!!!!!!!!
