See, people don't get that wrestlers don't practice like ballet. They simply call a few spots, maybe the chaining and finish. But wrestlers talk all the time during matches, and they talk to the ref as well. When a wrestler is lost, they'll normally do a rest hold and talk.

you improvise go to the next move that comes to mind or let the other guy take over. the matches are set but only the beginning and the end of the matches are scripted. inbetween the wrestlers get to showcase their talent.
