Why are you even worrying yourself with this??? Not everybody can help if their not as good looking as the rest of the population. Give this kid a break. Your being very mean. How do you know someobody isn't calling you ugly behind your back. Stop acting like your better than this guy because your not. If he wants to look at you then he has a right. omg. you are so mean. what if someone said that about you? the reason he never stops looking at you is maybe because he feels that you're mean to him. you have probably hurt his feelings. have you ever told him all this stuff? if not, you better not. this is so harsh. just cuz he has chapped lips and he wears ugly clothes doesn't mean he's a pervert. how do you noe he's a pervert? do you noe what that word means? if you have not told the guy what you have said in this question, then maybe the reason why he stops looking at you is becaue he likes you. maybe as a friend or maybe more. it's not a crime to like someone. so shut up and get a life. it's not a crime to b ugly neither. it's not like he has a choice.

Be nice to him-you shouldn't treat anyone poorly just because they don't have your fashion/hygeine sense. Turn him down nicely, because if you tell him exactly what you said in this question, it may scar him for the rest of his life. Who knows, one day he may be a CEO of a Fortune 500 Company and then what are you going to do if you've been mean to him at this point? Slap yourself in the face? You should respect everyone because you never know in who's hands your fate my land.

omg i have the same situation, there is this seriously geeky boy at my school and he fancys me. he is always looking at me and he used to follow me in the playground. he doesn't follow me anymore because i got someone to go up to him and tell him to stop it . i try to ignore him and i never talk to him, i thing he fancys me less now. all you have to do is act like your not interested and don't ever look at him. he will soon lose interest like the geek that fancys me.
