I have a hunch. Just as a train is made up of a front and a back our lives get screwed up when we put the boxcar or one idea(habit) before the enginge( our free will, or self determination, the right to choose) When we suffer from addictons we lose that ability to send the train down whatever track we want. We are at the whim of the boxcar at the front that blocks our vision and way. Conversely to put that puppy back in its place in the train you have to open it up and unload it to see whats inside.
