Champaign, IL hotels- which ones should I steer clear of?

Hilton Garden is a good hotel in Champaign IL. So is Hawthorn Suites. I live close to Champaign, but I've never stayed in the hotels there. Those two are the most popular ones.

Steer clear of Raid's Cockroach Motel on Main St.
