Are you talking about the inertia switch?

If you are it depends upon the car. Google it to find out where it is on the car you have.

If you're talking about the nanny switches that won't let you start it unless your foot is on the brake and the shifter is in park and you've been a good little boy, it's just a case of finding the right wires using a power lead on the wires to the ignition switch and jumping the circuit you want to eliminate.
