I need one that doesn't have a 4 hour minimum on Saturdays...I need one for my Birthday on a Saturday, But I Will Only Need It For Like 3 Hours Tops...Anyone Know One???

Yellow Cab - Located on Hayes St in Houston, Has a great hook - up with Professional Limo services, At least you will know its established and something or one you can count on, also , the is Limo's of Houston , One is located on loop 610 .. Call a few places, But I would make sure, they will show up ..
