I feel that the clothes are uncomfortable. I feel that my acne is breaking out and my face doesnt look so good in the moment. I feel that i look ugly. I think that everyone doesnt want to talk to me because i am boring. ... These feelings/thoughts are making me uncomfortable and a little bit nerveous. Always when i am in school i feel so. But in reality when sometimes after school i think about it it just seems silly to me. It isnt so as i feel it is. What should i do? Raise confidence? Or maybe else? How? every thought is welcome

This sounds gross, but my complection gets bad when Im constipated because the toxins get all trapped up inside me. So that's when xlax comes in handy, just 2 of the little chocolate ones. Also, it sounds like you need a sport (one that you enjoy...rock climbing?), something to raise your confidence and give you something to talk about.
Finally, dont wear tight clothes, wear comfortable clothes. Its important to be comfortable.
All and all, high school's hard. Everyones trying to find themselves. Wait it out as best as you can, and I promise, college is so much better.

Please speak with your school counselor regarding your feelings. Raising confidence has to come from within. It's not something that you can "get" from someone else. By talking to someone with expertise in this area, they can help you to get in touch with yourself and advise you on strategies to help you work through this. In the meantime, say your prayers and surround yourself with supportive family members and good friends. They always make me feel better! Good luck to you.

P.S. If you're truly looking for a good acne treatment, I've been told that Pro-Active is excellent.

Do things to make you feel more comfortable. These feelings are natural especially with young people. Go to a dermatologist, workout, do things you love. If it gets worse, go see a counselor.
