Kids today like dora the explorer and strawberry shortcake from ages 5 or 6 up to 11 or 12. now for thomas the train and bob the builder they are popular with toddlers up to the age of 4 and stuff like that. all four of them are popular you just got to know.

This really depends on what age range you are targeting:
Boys under the age of 5: Tom the Train
Girls under the age of 5: Strawberry Shortcake
Boys between the ages of 5-7: Bob the Builder
Girls between the ages of 5-7: Dora the Explorer

It depends completely on the interest of the child the toy is for. My son would pick Bob the builder out of these four options. If I could interject one that he loves more than any of the ones mentioned - it is Blues Clues, then comes Winnie the Pooh..... it is totally up to the child.
