one day I pushed the sidebar and it was on the left side and it close sidebar now ,It was allways on right side under sidebar button can you tell me why?thank-you.

Your toolbar must be unlocked so.
Left click hold and drag the tool bar from the side to the bottom.
When it's in position right click on toolbar and go up to lock taskbar then left click it, this will lock your toolbar in position.
Also if you ever do want to move it again do the same thing and it will unlock your toolbar.
But don't tell the kids how to lock & unlock it.

Grab it using the right click button on your mouse and drag it back to the right (or wherever you want it to be).

every time you close it, it will appear on the other side next time.
