Best reason I can think of is so the government can tax it and make money off it, like they do with everything else. At least that will be one tax I WON'T have to pay, because I don't use the stuff.

If ERB where legalized the crack use would fall off exponentially,same with heroin. State revenue would rise if the State Gov. would allow ERB to be sold in the county dispensaries just like liquors.The current laws concerning ERB are as out of date and should be repealed and or rewritten.....end of transmission.

I'm not convinced it should.
My feeling is it MIGHT make sense for medical and drug ruling bodies to legalize its use in pharma drugs.
On recreational end, its not as bad as some drugs but i dont see a strong case to legalize it
