loose enough so it can slip back a few inches on your arm from where its supposed to be on ur wrist and like tight enough so it doesnt slip off ur hand.

You should keep your watches from moving more than about two inches up and down your wrist. You do not want to have it jiggle too much, nor making noises. If you have it on a strap, you should wear it tighter than a watch that you have on a bracelet.
