Honda has a problem with their ignition switches going bad on this year model. Simply replacing the electrical part of the switch is all that's needed.
I've had 2 of these year Hondas. Good Luck.

the 1st situation you pronounced, i dont extremely have an answer for however the single once you push the gas in and it dies, feels like its being flooded and that gas has to dry up earlier the engine will crank back up, it must be that your gas pump is staying on on a similar time as the automobile is off.

usually this type of problem is due to a faulty ignition switch......but make sure your wiring is in good shape before replacing.

Fuel pump relay is bad.
Or, oil pressure switch that controls fuel pump relay.
Or, blown fuse. Check fuses first.
