Im looking for a computer that I can run mutiple programs at once and work with graphics with paint shop.

The second one.
It has a faster CPU & more RAM.

out of those 2 you would want the second one then. there is more memory (not space, you didn't mention that). The second one is also faster by about 400MHz on the processor, which is pretty noticeable. my suggestion for running multiple things at once is to get a dual core processor. a good one from AMD is an X2 3800+ and Core 2 Duo's from intel are great too. the more RAM the better too.

the second one is better since it comes with 1 gig of ram, very ideal for graphics. if you're really into graphics get 2 gig ram, cost difference is small.
