You already have a lot of capitals. Prague is your answer for the Czech Republic and Bratislava for the Slovak Republic. They have been two countries for quite a while.

The Czechs and the Slavs now each have their own countries (the Czech Republic and Slovakia). Since Czechoslovakia no longer exists, it doesn't have a capital city. The capital city of the former Czechoslovakia was Prague.

Czechoslovakia as a nation no longer exists.
On January 1, 1993, the country peacefully split into the independent Czech and Slovak republics. Capitals of these countries are Prague and Bratislavia, respectively.

Czechoslovakia had two provinces , the CZECH province and the SLOVAK province. The Czech province is now the CZECH REPUBLIC. Its capital city is PRAGUE.
The Slovak province is now Slovakia; a separate sovereign nation.

NB Grammatically, the beginning of your sentence should read 'What....'. Capital letters are not necessary, except as the first letter of Czechoslovakia, which is a proper noun. Glad to read that you have put in a 'Question Mark' without the 'Full Stop' of the sentence.
