Denbighshire Council are bloody slow. It took them a year just to put up a new fence, in my garden.

I live in Brixton - so therefore come under Lambeth Council. Absolutely C. R. A. P. Unhelpful, unprofessional, uncouth, inefficient.... I could go on, but I won't bore you.
