Some scientics believe that this universe or space was the ballon effect of another space or reality, so before the big bang was another dimension and something happened to open space fabric which led to the leak of matter which in turn created another dimension! Not sure if I believe it or not but was interesting watching the documentary!

As time began at the Big Bang, there is no "before". The BB was the expansion of space and time. This is a difficult concept to grasp but asking what was before the BB is rather like asking what is north of the North Pole.

Skipping the moronic religious references that inevitably crop up on questions like this, the short answer is, we dont know. Current physics can only describe conditions begining a few milliseconds or so after the event took place.

there was a previous moment, the end of a previous big bang cycle...there is no actually beginning, or start, it's not logical
