Yes this kid is the real deal. Texas has done an incredible job recruiting the last couple of years, this kid is Money! They should have a great season. IF Mack Brown does not get in his own way! He has to stop "the playing not to lose game" when he gets the lead against tough opponents. If he stays out of his way Longhorns will win it all.

I would say a definate yes. I think first of all, the Big 12 is a lot weaker than the last couple of years, especially now that Oklahoma lost Adrian Peterson and Nebraska lost Zac Taylor. Secondly, that was Colt's first year in Mack Brown's system and he had to fill the shoes of Vince Young. I think another offseason of practice and learning the system will make him a whole heck of a lot better. The Texas defense is always stellar and they have one of the best coaches in college football in Mack Brown. I think they will definately be in the BCS next year and probably a National Championship Colt's senior year (if he still is there).

Yes...definitely Colt has the skill and the arm to win this for the Longhorns...!! yay but first he has to heal in the off season then he will get that arm back that he had in the first games of the season. I believe that he will be able to make this a good season to come and maybe even a start to the NFL for him....Go Colts Let's win the SuperBowl

Unfortunetly i dont think so. I would want them to win if michigan cant but USC seems to be (cough*payingpeople*cough) dominate every year and the Longhorns defense was way overrated. Texas A&M ran all over them and that one reciever from Iowa shredded their secondary. But he will have a good chance if the defense shows up.

No, I just cant see Colt getting a national championship. He's got the talent but I think Mack Brown may have ruined his career playing him injured.

They haven't won one with him as the starting QB. Vince Young was the qb when they beat USC.

Can he win one? The have a good chance with what they and and are currently building on.

NO
yes they have the tallent but in my life time they have ALWAYS had the tallent and only one man took them to their full potential and thats Vince

to me they will go back to how they used to do with Major Applewhite and Chris Simms who weren't bad QB's they just couldn't take Texas to the NC
