I think they will win the NL East, who else thinks so?

I like them this year. They have a new pitcher in Freddy Garcia, and the power from Howard. There is only one team I would be affiard of in the NL east and that's Florida. Go Phillies

If they don't win the NL East they will lose on the NL Wildcard that in Mind they have to win their Diviosn hoping the Braves and Mets both slide will help I know the Phils will continue Play Good Baseball, but its time play better to be more Legitimate Contenders.

I think the Phillies can do great if Ryan Howards team can step it up a notch.
His batting friends need to bat better, and there pitching needs to spark up there plugs.
Other than that, they will be in the playoff hunt no doubt!

I like the Phillies. They need a little something to get over that hump. They have the potential. I'd love to see a tight race between them and the Mets this year.

If they can get the right combination of pitchers they could be dangerous,signing Utley and having Howard will help,they need a good year from some key players.But it don't look to bad we will see after Clearwater this year.

The starting rotation and offense (especially if Pat Burrell can keep his head on straight) should be strong. If they can pick up another quality arm for the bullpen, they have an excellent shot this year.

This just might be their year. The Mets pitching leaves a lot to be desired.The Braves are rebuilding(again).Marlins are young and Washington..well they should be in Double a ball.
Then again, we say this every year.

howard is awesome but you guys can't compete with the Mets, not even close, no wild card either
