as the name normally implies, you CAN'T CUT a player on the CAN'T CUT list....that's why they call it the CAN'T CUT list, because you CAN'T CUT them....

2. Trade Pierce for a lesser star, someone who needs help in that position. Unfortunately that's just about all you can do. The same holds true when Yao, McGrady, Odom, Paul, etc. got hurt this year.

Find out how long he'll be out for and you've gotta make a tough decision.

try to trade pierce, you can get someone not quite as good as Pierce who is healthy, try to trade him to a desparate team who needs a star
