Most young Moroccans just wear western clothes, the girls still keeping covered up (arms/legs etc..). As for the girls wearing the head scarf this depends on the girl and her family but is not a necessity. Some younger girls do wear the traditional clothes as it is upto the girl when she starts to wear these clothes.
My husband is Moroccan and we visit his family regularly. If you need any more information send me a message, I may even be able to find some photos for you if you need.

Hi, I’m working a lot with Morocco.
It depends where you go in Morocco. For example, I stayed last November in Agadir and it’s a very modern and cosmopolitan city. Very few young women cover their head there... old ladies of course do.
In Agadir it is very common that women go to restaurants and sit in cafes and bars together just like men.
In Marrakech it’s very, very different, there you can see everything: Women wearing typical clothing, long black veils, even women who cover their face, women with modern clothes, like jeans and short skirts... it’s an interesting mixture...
In the countryside most of the women wear traditional clothes and cover their heads, except some young girls....
Talking about the age, when they use to start covering their hair... well, in most Arabian traditions it’s with 13 years and sometimes when the girl has her first menstruation.
But, there are many very small girls around 5 or 6 years already covering their hairs...
It really depends on how traditional and religious the family is.
I know many women working for us in Morocco and they don’t wear it normally, just when they visit their parents and older family members, they say, that they feel that they have to show respect. In another case I know a woman who wears it, but her daughters refuse to do so and she says that it’s their decision not hers... well, she says, that she won’t force her daughters into a veil if they don’t want to... but she feels uncomfortable and "naked" without wearing it.
Some women wear western clothes but cover their hairs...
Normally it’s not the decision of their husbands; indeed, there are many men who would prefer if their wife’s wouldn’t wear it... but it’s not their choice.
Anyway, women in Morocco are not living under "pressure", they are free to choose and there are many women running a business or working in hotels as a director...

Whether girls have to keep their heads covered, depends on how religious their parents are.
There is no general answer to such a general question.
