Yes and yes. My video games are in order also. Boxed food according to height in the cabinets. DVD too.

Yes my books are in height order. Messy bookshelves look hideous!
And I don't have any CDs anymore, so my computer automatically alphabetizes my music. My DVDs are totally unorganized, except games go with games & paper cases go on the bottom of the stack.

the books- mostly yes. but it's too much work 4 the cds because if i got a cd starting with B, i have 2 move the rest of them 2 make room.

No I have so few it really doesn't matter but thank you for asking. I do however alphabetize my spice rack. And no for the books, it is the artistic books that I make look like it is a well traveled library as it is.

I list my DVDs alphabetically and my CD by most played. I don't own any books.

yes, I do, the cd's anyway. the books are arranged by subject, then by height. and everyone tells me I'm compulsive

My son comes by every 6 months or so and makes faces then puts them all back in their cases and arranges them for me. I do a little better with my books they make it back on the shelf.

my book are sorta in height order... tall light, random ones at the top, small ones next, midium, big, huge.
but my cds are arranged from best to.. not so good ones...
