But, the dream means nothing more than the dream itself. It may have come from something the guy was thinking, or a mix of someone else's pregnancy and the other person's appearance. It's just a dream.

Hello, based on the readings, I've came across when dreaming of a person pregnant can come in any form so man, woman, dog,cat, any of those substances. Now I dont know the meaning, but it could be positive, sry didn't help to much.

If this is like the whole 'what do dreams mean' thing that normally spams the phsycology section. It doesn't!
