Easy! Use your favourite recording software. Audacity is a nice, free one you can get http://audacity.sourceforge.net and use it to record your show. You can use it to mix in music and voice dubs and make it sound how you want it to. Save it as an MP3 and then upload it somewhere for people to listen to. Google Base will host it for free and that works for advertising it too. It's still in beta but you know like everything else google it will grow and become huge.
