It means you kissed her dude! First base, in American baseball is the first bag you get to on your way to home plate. It's the one that leads to everything else, just like kissing does in sex. Second base is copping a feel above the waist. Third is copping a feel below the waist, and a home run is...going all the way, you know?

There's different definitions depending on who you ask, but the original idea was:
first base is holding hands,
second base is kissing,
third base is feeling up one another,
and a home run is sleeping together
(You see oral sex in the base definitions a lot now, but it wasn't in there originally.)
