LOL!! I had one of those and it drove me nuts too!! What I used to do was throw the breaker off on it and turn it back on after a few minutes. It usually made it stop. One of the sensors is damaged, that's why it's doing that.

If you can, try unplugging it and plugging it back in. It may have been caused by a power outage, which would have messed up the clock and the programming. Try setting the clock if it has one. Otherwise, try preheating it to see if it stops the beeping.

Unplug it--let it sit for an hour or so--clean off the touchpad with a 50-50 mix of water and vinegar-then plug it back in and try it.

There is a little man inside your oven, mine had one, too, and I had to call an exterminator. He kept setting my F-4 button off, it was not a fun experience. =)
