Yes. Accepting Christ is a first step. Maybe they don't understand, and who really does, but they can learn as they grow in Him.

No! And if they ever say they don't believe in Christ you have to burn them at the stake, those Pagan!
If I were to have my way, you would have agencies going to each house once a month and asking the kid's if they believe in Christ. If they say no, then they should be taken to work in the coal mines for a year to reconsider their "decision".
We Christians will kill all of you non-believers.
EDIT:
Just kidding... actually I think delusional parents should give their kids the option of not being delusional if they want to.

Absolutely. Children should be raised in the Christian church, but the way to get them to be true believers when they can understand what it means is to let them choose their time to accept Christ. Such is my personal experience, and the weight of influence alone is not enoiugh for anyone to become a believer. Everyone must make their decision on their own.

Yes, they should accept when they are ready, rather than having it forced upon them, do you know how many people I know that were baptized and all that jazz, when they were babies, just to turn out not being anything with that religion.

Yes. It makes more sense to me when the person understands what they are doing rather than believing in something just because they were told they believe it.

Yeah- I think they should be able to choose their own beliefs without their parents/friends/family/whatever down their throats.

I don't go to church but I at least know Jesus was real. I will teach my kids the same thing (If I have any)

I never heard of anyone being forced to? Isn't that the way it works? WHen they are ready they get baptised? Or are you referring to the Catholic way where the babies get baptised? I don't think that counts, since the decision was made FOR them.

Is there really another way? If you submit to a religion because you are under threat from your parents/your government/the guy next door, is that faith?
