Money is only one of the benefits that people derive from working, and it is not always the most important benefit. Work gives people a purpose and helps fulfill some important social needs. Since these are both valid human needs, it is easy to ethically argue that you can keep the job, since it's a valid human need, just like someone else's valid human need.
An anecdote: in the late 70s, the wealthy founder of Wang computers was criticized for giving his son a job at his company. His reply, "which is more important, to teach the son of a wealthy man to work, or the son of a poor man?"
So my answer is "no", it wouldn't be wrong. This does not mean that other people might see it as "ok", as they would possibly label you as odd when learning of your winnings.

If you are happy keeping it, then that's all that matters, I wouldn't say it was wrong, especially if you are good at what you do, or have more experience, the job is going to prefer to have you anyway. Me personally, after working forever, I would get myself a nice home, in a nice place, and travel the world, and not even think about work ever again!!

I don't know about you, but after travelling for a bit, I'd have to get back to work. Not one to sit on my laurels, actually some consider me a workaholic.
As for someone else needing my job, it was there before I took it. However, I could start my own business and provide more employment. Now that's a thought!

I would keep the job because you look at some of the people that have won the lottery and are not completely broke...

yes. If you won a huge lottery jackpot you should spend the rest of your life on the beach drinking margaritas.

Definitely not wrong. If I won a huge jackpot, I'd be planning out my days on how I was gonna spend it.

If I won the lottery I'd keep working. Maybe cut down in my hours.

Nope.
Are you saying that everyone who becomes financially secure enough to retire should immediately do so?
If I win a big tort case as an attorney and get a few million, should I chuck it and go fishing?
I hope not, fishing sucks.

You have a right to keep on working. Most wealthy people do.
