Mine kinda doesn't. My hair is not curly anymore and my eyes aren't blue, they're hazel, I just thought it'd be fun to be blue. Plus my skin is much lighter then the avatar's. The next skin color down was too late and when I'm changin avatar's sometimes i shift. lol.

Well, I have a mustache. And my skin is usually a tad darker because I'm a mountain hiker and outdoorsman, so my skin tans. But I'm Swedish, so I'm naturally fair skinned. And I'm taller than the avatar shows. On my full length avatar I look like I'm about twelve.

not really. i chose "black hair" and when you do that, it shows black hair with BLUE highlights! I don't have blue highlights! So I had to choose dark brown instead. And, I have a beard... I couldn't find any option for guys to have facial hair. You think they would have thought of that idea, or maybe I am missing seeing that option.
But, On my full avatar photo, I love that they finally added a black cat as a pet! Now I can have my little girl, "Soma" right by my side, waving her tail in the air.

For the most part. The lips aren't right. Mine are fuller, but I couldn't find just the right ones, so I settled. The skin tone is kinda of on target, I couldn't find just the right one either. (As many possibilities as yahoo has for the avatars, it's still amazing how much they are still lacking on certain possibilities)
I even have mine dressed in a slouchy old robe--just my style (although I don't own pink). She is holding a cup of coffee, I'm rarely seen without one. She's even standing in a pile of crumpled up paper--just like my home office.

I really have blonde hair and blue eyes...I looked for an older face but, what the hey....my avatar looks darn good for 58, huh? I also wear wire-rimmed glasses but I didn't take the time to check that part out...should I?
