Thanx guys, i managed to relax there. Now i'm even more pissed off, so hey, gym, movies, some KFC maybe, walk. Hey im gonna just go do it. Oh and it is a d1ck who doing dis 2 me. Not on computer, but real personal life.

Like the first answerer, I agree you need to walk away from the computer and do something physical. Get out of yourself. Go for a walk as she suggested or to the gym. Physical activity is very helpful. If you can't do that, go to a museum or see an action or adventure movie--nothing too heavy. If you're feeling anxious, practice a lot of deep breathing exercizes. You cannot feel anxious if you focus on your breathing. When your mind wonders, focus on the breathing. In other words--do something that is non-mental or something mental like a show or a movie that moves the focus away from you. Even going to the mall is good. I think the suggestion to clean your house is ok, but I'd hope you get out of your house. Go do something good for someone else, also.

You need to get your body moving to release some of the energy.
Turn on the radio and dance, go take a walk or a bike ride or do something physical.
If you are talking about staying calm on a regular basis, you might find it helpful to take 15 minutes in the morning to meditate and focus. It puts you in a better mindset for the rest of the day.

this is just a forum, these are just opinions, people are cruel sometimes. you have to remember not to take things personally on a comp, or in real life, especially when people are saying things with the intention of making you react.

take a nice break from Answers and do something else online or better yet (probably) get up from you computer and do something else like watch tv, go shopping, or even get something to eat.
